We charge $165 per house call minimum charge. The first 3 areas are $165 and each additional area is $55 and a flight of stairs is $65.
$80 per Cleanable Area
Our price is $85 per Cleanable Area with a 2 Area Minimum. Sealing is an additional $50 per area.

Furniture & Commercial Floor/Carpet Care
A regular couch is $115 (seats 3 people), a sectional couch is $175, a love seat or a recliner is $95. Contact us for other furniture prices. For commercial carpets and floors, we bid based on square footage, material and frequency of cleaning.

Steve McKinney started his first carpet cleaning company more than 30 years ago. He believes in using and offering all methods of carpet cleaning as options for each customer based on their needs. These include Steam (Hot Water Extraction), Very Low Moisture (Encapsulation) and Dry Powder Cleaning. We do a fantastic job cleaning and sealing grout and cleaning other hard floor surfaces as well. Mission Cleaning NW serves the greater Vancouver WA & Portland OR area. We offer several effective eco friendly methods of carpet cleaning with a focus on leaving no residue and the carpets drying as quickly as possible, usually within a few short hours keeping bacteria and mold from growing underneath. Most stains are removed and most odors are eliminated. We also perform attentive maid service cleaning of homes and offices.
